Adventures at Pororo Park

Z’s school was closed last week so KM and I decided to bring him to Pororo Park. Z was first introduced to Pororo when he received a dump truck with Pororo on it. He loves how the dump truck moves and how simultaneously, Pororo will start bobbing up and down.We started telling him that it’s called the Pororo Dump Truck and that’s how he met his first character ‘friend’.

Z went on the Pororo Train ride. There was a long queue so I recommend any parents to queue for the ride when you enter. Also note, parents are not allowed to go on the train.

Then we started to play with all the different parts of the park including the ball pit, the slides and tunnels. I would say, the tunnels are a lot more interesting than the ones he’s played in Singkids and Polliwogs.

As part of this, he also gets to watch a Pororo Concert with Pororo and his friends. Z seemed to like Pororo friends a lot better then.

Price for 2 hours: $23.50* for kids under 2 (Price does not include accompanying parents and we needed to top up $6 per adult)

Age: 18 months – 5 years

We personally felt that the setup would really bore a kid who is in primary school. There’s another area for young toddlers from 10months onwards.

Playground Fun | Singkids Vivo city

I’ve been wanting to bring Z to an indoor playground for the longest time. But we constantly have to fight with the weekend crowd. So I decided against it.

This one was a sudden decision. I just attended my Uncle’s cremation and I decided to spend the second half of the day in a happier place.

I’m so glad I did.

We had a blast! Mainly because Z is really into ‘ball-ball’.

It was also his first time going down a slide by himself!

Singkids Play System

Vivo City level 1 unit #01-171~174

(Right next to Starbucks)

Price: $18 for 2 hours, 1 parent 1 child

We can tag team actually, but at any point of time, just 1 parent.

Suitable for: 1 -6 years old

Condition: 7/10

Some of the items were a little bit old and I don’t find this place particularly fun for older kids (there were only 2 slides, 1 big one and 1 bouncy slide).

There were some rocking animals that the kids could sit on but they were old looking and really quite suspicious looking too.

Overall, this place is only suitable for kids below 3 I feel. The balloons are a pretty fun element but I think you can have those at home too.

Playground Fun | Havelock View

Location: Between Blk 51 & Blk 58 Havelock View

Suitable for Age: 2-5 years old

Condition: 9/10

We hung out at my in-laws place during this CNY period. Z loves to head out of the house so we brought him to the nearby playground.

Z is in love with all the rocking rides and he loves to shake it really hard each time.

He’s still a little bit small so supervision is required.
