We started a new routine on Sundays where we take long walks from our home to a nearby location where we stop for breakfast. It’s a comfortable routine and it helps me clock in my 10,000 steps in a day.
We started our morning strolling to Tiong Bahru market for a typical Singaporean breakfast. I shared a bowl of traditional pork porridge with Z and KM had his dose of sweet, crisp fried carrot cake. Together, we shared a cup of ‘Michael Jackson’ (also know as a mixture of soya bean drink with grass jelly).
