Its back! Yes it is.

This time, i took on a couple more buddies at work. I’ve been having issues trying to manage my own diet for a long time! So my colleagues and I are doing it together. I guess its always good to have accountability. Especially when snacking comes into the picture.

A couple of tips I used to sustain my day:

  • Drink loads of water
  • Have fruits (e.g. apples, oranges)
  • Cut my carbo portions by 1/3
  • Skip ‘lunch drinks’
  • Take good fibre including whole grains and cereals (please not koko crunch or honey stars.)

Im off to a good start and my boss was being ‘encouraging’ by finishing up the chocolates and buying bananas for us as meal replacements.
